January 1, 2019 update. Luvi Beauty will accept returns on unopened, unused items within 28 days of receipt provided they are in their original packaging. If more than 28 days have gone by since the receipt of this item then, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Please note that items marked as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for a refund or store credit. This may include limited or special edition items. These items will be marked as "FINAL SALE."
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, supplements, ingestible supplements, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on gift cards or downloadable software products. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, please visit our Returns Center. All instructions will be found within the Returns Center. Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that this may take a few days to process.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CLEARANCE AND FINAL SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately items listed as “CLEARANCE” or “FINAL SALE” cannot be refunded.
We currently do not offer exchanges. However, if your item arrived damaged or defective, please send us a message via our Contact page. Please include your order number.
To return your product, please follow the instructions in our Returns Center.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Prepaid labels are not provided at this time.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
